		<description><![CDATA[Now that I&#039;ve written my review, I&#039;ve come back to read yours and am kind of loving the fact that we both picked &quot;prickly&quot; to describe Sunbi. :)  You&#039;re also right about her anger feeling entirely earned—I&#039;m used to seeing characters excitably irate about one thing or another, not with a character bearing a smoldering, immovable grudge against humanity in general. 

Speaking of which, you&#039;re right about Marley&#039;s dim view of humanity. I hated the lady in volume 6 for being so cruel to her mother, for example.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Mostly the series leaves me interested in seeing what Marley will do in her next. &lt;em&gt;Dokebi Bride&lt;/em&gt; may have some of the problems of a first series, but as first series go, it’s not bad at all. And it was so nice to get a female protagonist who was not at all interested in being sweet.]]></description>
