		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not sure I&#039;d call it my favorite, since it&#039;s the only one I know, but here&#039;s another example: &lt;i&gt;Hanazakari no kimitache e&lt;/i&gt; (both manga and jdrama) has the three dorm heads rediscover a school tradition naming them as the Sakura Committee. The Sakura Committee dresses in white suits with long coats. They&#039;re the only students who can challenge a teacher&#039;s decision, and they can do so only en masse.

Naturally, the story requires that they challenge authority on someone&#039;s behalf, but then we&#039;re into spoiler territory.

I don&#039;t remember whether the manga times the first appearance of the committee to coincide with a particular season. In the tv version there&#039;s definitely no indication, though.]]></description>
